With this project we were fitting the customers hallway, lounge and lower 'sun room'. The main feature being the two sets of steps running from the lounge to the south facing sun room. You can see how the larger step was built up from the concrete base.
Specifications
Commenced:
March
Completed:
In stages over several weeks as house improvements and decorating were done
Region:
Barton Seagrave Kettering
Type of Flooring:
Laminate Flooring
Measurements:
A total of 43 sq m - 23 Packs
Notes:
As there was the issue of the sun's light and heat coming directly through the windows for long periods of the day we had to use a quality flooring that could cope with such extremes. Poorer quality floors would crack, discolour (no matter what the quarantee says) and the joints would slowly open up. The customers had plenty of choice and in the end went for Pergo Antique Oak Plank.
